I am a highly self-motivated individual who consistently goes above and beyond expectations. I am known for juggling multiple projects/tasks at once due to my organized approach, attention to detail, and time management skills. Problem solving has been my favorite part of every job I've had - I love a good challenge! Teamwork is something I am passionate about - you spend most of your week with your team so having good morale is paramount. My goal is to brighten my team's day in some way, whether it be with humor or encouragement. In the positions I have held, I have been trusted to train new team members. For the companies who did not have documented processes and procedures, I took the initiative to create training materials that gave step by step instructions for everyday tasks. My hobbies outside of work include cooking, baking, hiking, camping, reading, board games, TV, movies, and playing with my dogs.
