I am an experienced Controller and Finance Director offering strong leadership, effective communication, attention to detail and sound decision-making. I possess exceptional accounting, analytical and project management skills in corporate controllership, financial planning and analysis and best practices. I am an open communicator with a focus on teamwork and positive working dynamics, and a hands-on work style providing expert comprehensive knowledge of functional processes. I enjoy working with non-profit organizations. I have been actively involved in working with departmental staff to produce annual budgets, review and produce financial reports for accuracy and submittal to Budget and Finance Committee meetings. I have coordinated and prepared for the annual financial review. I work with Great Plains Dynamics and I am always looking for ways to use technology to increase efficiencies and to reduce costs.
