I exclusively represent tenants and assist in locating, negotiating and re-negotiating their office space leases to save them money so they can focus on their businesses! I began my career in CRE shortly after earning my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University. During my time in the field of Property Management I was employed by Rising Realty Partners, a Los Angeles Commercial landlord where I was involved in the management and coordination of various building activities of the square foot Historical PacMutual office campus in Downtown Los Angeles. Tenant relations were my favorite aspect of my Property Management role. I consider myself a people type of person and I truly thrive in environments where I can constantly work with and collaborate with others. I have always had a knack for communicating with people – the easy going and the difficult alike. Similarly these traits help me create and maintain long lasting relationships with clients and my team. With my experience in Commercial Property Management I became accustomed to wearing many hats, which helped me acquire diverse skills that have aided in my success as a Tenant Representation professional. My previous involvement and coordination of on-site assignments varying from construction, tenant improvement projects, tenant relations, and carefully reviewing lease documents has given me the notable ability and understanding to be aggressively involved throughout the entire leasing process. Also, at The Tenant Group I manage and oversee all social media accounts including, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and the company blog, which I truly enjoy.More about me. I love to travel and experience new and different cultures. I am fluent in Spanish and have traveled to Argentina where my family is from over 20 times! I am obsessed with my cat and my guilty pleasure is binge-watching Seinfeld.
