About Ben Brezner

Currently, I facilitate professional development workshops, provide career coaching and coordinate program logistics for participants in NPower Canada's Junior IT Analyst Program. I have been a professional educator since 2008, with a focus on professional business communication, ESL, literacy and writing. Prior to becoming an employment professional in the Greater Toronto Area in 2018, I served as an adjunct instructor and teaching assistant at George Mason University and as a middle school teacher in Alexandria City Public Schools. I love teaching, coaching, case management, facilitation, and learning & development. I believe in working for equitable access to resources, which often means the dismantling of systemic privilege. Supporting marginalized young people gets me up in the morning. I specialize in Instructional Design, Curriculum Design, Learning Design, Career Coaching, People and Culture, and Leadership Development.I also have significant editing, and project / program management experience. I'm excited to do what it takes to reach our shared goal.
