I have a strong sporting background particularly in both playing and coaching rugby. This has also boosted my studies where I have recently finished an MSc at the University of South Wales, paying particular interested to Emotional Intelligence in coaching. Following a professional rugby career I moved in to sports development with in Torfaen, South Wales, a role I still continue today. During this time I've worked across the entire sporting spectrum from grass routes and physical literacy to elite performers. Alongside this role I also started a network marketing business alongside my English Teacher wife in June 2014.
