About Ben Jiggins

London-born, Bucks-bred, Durham-settled. With training and background in teaching, I’m now Head of Talent & Development at Voicentric Ltd. At Voicentric, we want to be the personal voice of scientific marketing in an increasingly digital landscape. We connect the scientific community with the resources they need to achieve their goals and make a difference in the world. We provide insight into customer needs and deliver the highest quality results for our partners in our niche sector. I oversee everything people-related at Voicentric, from the recruitment process to onboarding and ongoing staff development, through to training of the management team. I am passionate about seeing people learn new skills and perform well – my favourite times at Voicentric are our ‘Employee of the Quarter’ celebrations. I also have experience in team leadership and event, project and facilities management, which I use to help ensure the various internal cogs of the Voicentric machine keep turning smoothly. I liaise between Operations and IT and lead on our hybrid working environment. Outside of work I love sports, hill walking (The Lake District is my favourite place on earth), reading and board games. I am married with three young children, who keep me busy and entertained.
