I am a sales professional with over six years experience in the background screening industry, who specialises in helping companies within the private sector build a pre-employment screening and background checks programme that fits their onboarding process in a partnership approach. In my opinion a good screening programme should mitigate risk but it should also have a focus on the candidate's experience. Often the candidate's screening experience is their first impression of their new employer. I support companies looking to both move away from their current screening provider or fully outsource their screening programme which currently sits internally.
