Trained in project management and technological innovation, my recent experience in change management focused on purchasing was at Wn Factory (company which hired former employees from Whirlpool in France). Though, I had experiences, I needed some tools to drive the change (properly). I applied at Wharton Executive Education in Philadelphia where I attended to a program : leading organizational change. When I came back to France, my customer had gone bankrupt. Focusing on digital issue in change management, I applied to a training at Cap Gemini focusing in Information System. More than my experience and training in coaching, I wanted to have some tools to be able to animate and be more impactful in group coaching. I am an accredited Insights Discovery "License Practioner", this test is very well known in Psychologic aspect to know yourself better and how to adapt yourself with others. How in other terms to have adaptive communication. Experienced in conflict management, these aspects are well known in change management, People are not willing to change and are resisting. Thomas Kilmann certified since September 2019, I use the test and explanations to help people understand their style of management in such conflict management situations At last to complete my knowledge and bridge the gap between my skills and my goals. I attended to a certification program "Prosci" A.D.K.A.R program in September 2019 in Switzerland. The tool : A.D.K.A.R aims through the 5 steps to go through the change : before, during and after. Awareness (how to communicate the change): as a coach my experience is fundamental to help this change (through interviews and understanding of the WIIFM (what's in it for me) from collaborators) Desire (motivation, which motivations and desire have people to change?) Knowledge (which training and coaching plan do we have to put in place?). I have been training for more than 10 years plus, more than people have been trained in management with me remotely and/or face to face. I create videos, tutorials to ease knowledge acquisition Ability (how the employees or supervisors will be able to accept the change?). As a certified coach, more than 100 people have been coached individually or in a group. Reinforcement (keep on working on the change). Digital tools which can be put in place, plus training, coaching and consultancy services. Hope we can work together either in France or Abroad, remotely and/or face to face. Regards.
