About Benjamin Stoll

I take great pride in being able to start things from scratch and create greatness. It all started with a km bike trip (from France to China) that proved to me that you can actually change the world from your kitchen table. Then moving to Canada at 30 years old with a backpack and my wife at my side, inspired to change the world for the better, I began the next chapter of my life, believing that Canada is big enough for me to fulfill my big dreams. My recipe for greatness comes from creating a vision, planning a strategy, inspiring the right team, and leading them to achieve it. Here’s an outline for that recipe that I ascribe to, in all my endeavors, to make the world a better place. Determine your WHY? And understand your needs, assess, then create possible solutions. Gather team members who complemented each other – then trust them, empower them, celebrate them, and help them to be proud of their accomplishments - people are the key ingredients. Think out of the box – take pride in being able to create unique solutions and allowing the organization to stand out from the crowd and be remarkable. Navigate fundraising opportunities and engage all stakeholders in the value of the project’s success. Network effectively and strategically – always building collaboratively, establishing trust and confidence with partners, and building long-lasting relationships.
