About Benoit Malige

Hi, I’m Benoit. I help overthinkers stop hesitating and start executing. If you've done everything “right”—built the career, hit the milestones, followed the blueprint—but something still feels off… You’re not broken. You’re just stuck in your own head. That was me. I built a 7-figure real estate firm, scaled it to $5M+ in revenue, managed 37 contractors, ran a investor group. On paper, I had it all. In reality, I was mentally spiraling. I wasn’t living. I was overthinking every move- So I burned it all down. Sold everything. Left it behind. Spent a year and a half traveling, writing, and rebuilding myself from the inside out. And that’s when I realized:> Overthinking isn’t the enemy. It’s a signal. A sign you’re smart enough to think deeply—But stuck in loops that keep you from moving forward- That realization became my book: UNF*CK YOUR THINKING The no-fluff, no-journaling playbook for smart people who overanalyze everything—and are finally ready to act- If you're tired of spiraling. this is your first step out. 🧠 Already read by overthinkers 🧠 Top New Release on Amazon in under 5 days 🧠 “Some readers said they couldn’t sleep after Chapter 1” Grab the free chapter (Or just read the whole damn thing—your brain’s been waiting for it.)
