Current Role – Head of Aftersales Commercial Operations & Technical Services at Lynk & Co Started in 2022 as Head of Aftersales Commercial Operations and Technical Service with the responsibility for 7 European markets with four sites in Sweden, Netherlands, Spain & Germany. The assignment was to lead a big change management project to rebuild the Aftersales Commercial Business and Customer Journey to fit for future challenges both with the responsibility for the Aftersales Offer Portfolio as well as Revenue- and Price Management. I bring a strategical approach in combination with an operational focus. Working in a start-up company is a lot about turning challenges into opportunities. I was Admitted to the 100-list for women in Board at West Swedish Chamber of Commerce in June 2022.I have long and diverse experience of leading a company in growth. Entrepreneur mindset and ability to understand company structure and all complex parts to set processes and tools in connection to the business with proven experience of building up a company and working in a global cross-functional and multi-cultural organization.I have a coaching leadership style. Proven track record leading a company with success in a role as Head of Operation and Deputy CEO in the Joint Venture Company between Geely and Volvo Cars, GV Technology Sweden AB with an entity also in China 2018 – 2022.Hands-on experience of a customer centric organizations.
