I am an experienced Area Service Manager with a history of working in the automotive industry. With a background in international after sales business, presently working with European markets, previously in Africa and the Middle East, I have gathered skills in Sales, Price level negotiation, Business Planning, Warranty, Automotive Repair, and Spare Parts. Presently, I am mostly involved in sales or sales related issued for Parts, Connected and Contracted Services. Being multilingual, I am comfortable in business negotiations in both English and Swedish but can also maintain discussions in German, Spanish and Czech. As a person I am well organised with a wish to deliver high quality results. I take pride in providing high customer service, finding solutions to all kinds of needs or problems and to deliver on promises and on time. I thrive in finding activities for a good sales development and reaching agreed upon sales targets. My biggest interest is developing a working environment to reach future sales targets meaning setting standards and processes that provide a stable platform for the sales personnel, helping them in their sales activities to the end customer. In my daily work, I encounter all kinds of problems needed to be resolved and I take huge pride in finding the root cause and with that a solution, always trying to prevent this from happening again. The problems vary from delivery problems, pricing issues or to push for IT-related issues needed to be resolved and it gives me great pleasure when a problem can be resolved permanently. Being an open and social person, I find it easy to generate good relationship with colleagues, partners and customers. As I am interested in sports, I know results come from a good team work, something I bring with me in my professional work. Being in the automotive business since 1996, I have gathered lots of experience and I truly enjoy sharing my knowledge with less experienced or newly employed people, helping them in their development.
