About Beryl Stromsta

I train, facilitate and empower people to create their best lives, become the person beyond who they thought they could be, and access their power and influence others. I work with leaders, women, people who feel they are too much in their heads and not enough in their hearts, people who experience chronic tightness in their bodies, people who want to relate better to their bosses, teams, direct reports, and intimate partners and friends. Since 2005, through one-on-one coaching, group facilitation, breathwork/bodywork, and speaking, I have brought about positive, potent and lasting transformation to individuals and to the people they care about and touch. My Master's degree in Transformational Leadership and Coaching from the Wright Graduate University has allowed me to understand peoples' limiting behaviors, beliefs and experiences on a much deeper level in order to coach them towards their potential and discover the depths of who they could be. My specialty is healing bodywork and other methodologies, such as bioenergetics, which is the strategic accessing and manifestation of energy and aliveness in our bodies leading to emotional, physical, and spiritual healing, wholeness, and well-being. I have worked with parents, children, entrepreneurs, managers, employees, single, married, and ages ranging from 13-80, both individually and in groups. Previous to my work at the Wright Foundation-a non-profit committed to creating a world that works for everyone-I studied classical piano at DePaul University, graduated with an undergraduate in Psychology, and received a Masters in Social Work from Loyola University.
