In my current role as Manager of Medical Education at the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), I partner directly with senior clinical leadership and C-suite stakeholders to manage priorities, calendars, and high-profile initiatives. I oversee the planning and execution of medical education programs and conferences, handling everything from budgeting and contract negotiations to managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful events, both virtually and in person, across multiple continents.
