PP & D represents the non-profit funding the project and is responsible for overseeing project budget, schedule, and coordination with all parties on construction implementation. Kubota Garden, Seattle 2013-current, Project Budget - varies PP & D provides project management and owner representation on the following projects for the Kubota Garden Foundation and in partnership with City of Seattle Parks and Recreation. • Kubota Garden and 55th Avenue Stormwater Study • Kubota Garden Masterplan Update • Ishigaki Wall at Terrace Overlook Seward Park Torii, Seattle 2015-2021, Project Budget PP & D scope included collaboration with project partners including Friends of Seward Park, Seattle Parks Foundation and Seattle Parks and Recreation.
