After several years performing and directing in theater, I transitioned into customer experience roles that allowed me to build strong relationships and resolve challenges with care and efficiency. At Dutch Bros, I honed my ability to provide high-energy, fast-paced service. At Carvana, I worked as an Executive Resolution Representative, addressing escalated customer concerns and ensuring each issue was handled with empathy and professionalism. At Radwell International, I focused on logistics and customer support, ensuring clients received essential parts quickly and reliably. Today, I serve as a Client Relations Specialist at Vensure Employer Solutions, where I support clients by managing inquiries, resolving complex issues, and ensuring a seamless experience across HR and payroll services. I bring a unique blend of creativity, service-mindedness, and professionalism to every interaction—and I’m passionate about helping clients feel heard, supported, and valued.
