About Bethany Botchway

Passionate leader committed to helping students and community members to achieve their educational, career, and life goals. As UNI-CUE Assistant Director, I specialize in building strong campus and community partnerships, managing budgets, and developing high-impact programs that support retention and engagement. My strengths lie in operations, event planning, marketing strategy, and supporting our community. I thrive in roles that require adaptability, collaboration, and have purpose-driven missions. A quote that resonates deeply with my career philosophy comes from Leo Rosten,"I cannot believe that the purpose of life is to be happy. I think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, to be compassionate. It is, above all, to matter, to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference that you lived at all."
