I’m a creative, structured UX Writer, a stickler for user research and iterative collaboration. I thrive in creating voice & tone and structuring content building to democratize cohesive, accessible content. A series of pivots have propelled my journey into UX writing. I am a native student of English language and literature. Through the study of sociolinguistics and psychology, I learned to apply research methods. While practising HR and global mobility, I honed interview techniques and systematic organization. Through writing freelance and copy-editing, I have dropped the ego implicit in my work. In 2017, I undertook a global mobility platform design project, thrusting me into the world of UX design theory. I thrive in the challenge of creating clear, concise, useful messaging to guide customer journeys. Strategizing and designing content has led me down a wondrous rabbit hole of analytics, content planning, and creativity. But the research required to do it all – that’s the secret sauce.
