About Bianca Stricker

The bumblebee has 0.7 cm² of wing area and weighs 1.2 grams. According to the laws of aerodynamics, it is impossible to fly with this ratio. the bumblebee doesn’t know this and simply flies. With this motto, I started my professional life in Hamburg over 20 years ago and look back on many wonderful worldwide experiences, which have shaped my current capabilities as well as my character. Due to my high level of commitment, the ability to see a the glass always half-full and my flexibility, my professional journey has brought me to many positions (Sales, Key Account Management, Assistant of Managing Director, Site Director, BID Management, Client and Project Management, Partner Management, Event Management…) Today, I passionately manage the balancing act between family and career with several honorary positions and I am also in the middle of my professional life. Fortunately, I am able to work and contribute myself in a very interesting company. I am known for my great sense of responsibility and my high level of reliability, not only within my team but also among my colleagues and customers. Besides that, I am also known for my expertise, results, and strong competence in solving major business challenges and building synergetic and trusting relationships with our business partners. Working with people of different nationalities, traveling quite some parts of the world, and managing private live with two little kids and a full-time job have given me a diverse and international perspective on work and life. It’s not only the special, unexpected challenges that I personally appreciate in life, but especially the exchange with other people and learning from them.
