My biggest strengths can be found in my passion and mission in life: Sharing with others the lessons learned through lived experiences on my journey to becoming a better person living a more grateful and content life. I introduce a new approach to ethics training which compliments how ethics training is currently delivered at the corporate and university levels, focusing on the time BEFORE an individual decides to engage in unethical behavior. Drawing on the practical experiences and empirical data derived from the course developed and taught "Bitter or Better.Learning to Be Grateful and Finding Happiness in Prison and Beyond", audiences learn that GRATITUDE IS AN ANTITOTE FOR UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR.
