I am retired and enjoy the mountains surrounding my new home in Arizona. My last few years i was working for Medical Technologies servicing and calibrating Audiology testing equipment. I also worked in the Mailing industry for 25 years, as a Service Technician with the last 10 focusing on computer based products. I earned by Comp Tia A+ computer technician certificate in 2009 then worked 2 years for a medical device company as a technician. I am a skilled customer service professional that enjoys forming relationships as well as a very competent trouble shooter. I have always been a leader and believe in leading by example.
