I believe we’re all on a journey to one place: Home. My heart is on fire for bringing people home. Why? Because for most of my life, home never felt like home. So I went out on a quest to find home, believing home existed everywhere but here. I went searching for home in every place, every person and every thing… …and only when I realized home existed right where I stood, the journey back my heart began. Cleansing my past and comprehending my present, removing the weeds and planting new seeds, allowed me to see myself clearly. A new lease of life was born. There’s a reason it’s called INsight…birthed from within. Only when our truth is no longer being dragged through filters of pain before reaching our mouth can we know our deepest desires. Home is a beautiful foundation to build a life from. I support professional athletes, high level entrepreneurs and celebrity clientele in coming home so they can go out into the world with a renewed sense of inspiration and purpose. Billy Garton Jr. is the proud founder of a global initiative, The You Choose Movement, which exists to bridge the gap of loneliness and isolation amongst young men through community and courageous conversation. He is a lifestyle entrepreneur, transformation coach and a public speaker. A former professional athlete, he played football (soccer) in both England and the United States. He hosts a top 100 podcast, The You Choose Pod, which launched in 2019. Billy’s mission involves empowering men and women to choose a life that aligns with the highest version of themselves. His ultimate vision is to build physical universities across the globe, providing every young man with the opportunity to release from all they’ve been confined to, rewrite their story and reclaim the man they were born to be. He is committed to doing everything in his power to influence change amongst a generation of lost young men.
