A high-achieving Talent Acquisition and Engagement Manager with a proven track record of centralizing recruitment operations, improving applicant tracking, and reducing processing times. I'm a complex problem-solver with a superior work ethic and excellent organizational skills, and I have extensive experience managing and delivering successful recruitment projects, including D&I, ATS Implementation, Employee Engagement, and process improvements. Currently, I work at American Golf as a Talent Acquisition and Engagement Manager, where I lead the Recruitment team to provide high-quality, innovative, and progressive attraction and recruitment services. My responsibilities include building an external employment brand while identifying and promoting the use of tools and channels that maximize diverse and inclusive candidate attraction. I also collaborate with the L&D team to analyze the results of development programs and processes to support business strategy and make suggestions based on results and colleague feedback to demonstrate improvements. Additionally, I'm involved in company engagement surveys and, in conjunction with the Head of HR, lead the development of the resulting action plan to progressively improve the employment experience for employees and thereby develop the foundations of the employer brand on an ongoing basis. I'm skilled in ATS & CRM Software, Microsoft Office, Coaching and Mentoring, Leadership and Teamwork, Interviewing, Contract Negotiation, and Candidate Sourcing. In my role, I manage the ATS and continuously review it to improve its use and performance. I'm also responsible for the creation of Social media targeted adverts and the company's LinkedIn pages for American Golf and Online Golf.
