About Bipasha Roy

Hi, I’m Bipasha! I have always been interested in learning about the grassroots-level problems of our society and thinking about the possible solutions for the same. I'm currently, I’m pursuing my Master’s degree in Sustainable International Development at The Heller School. Before moving to the US, I was working with ChangeInkk Foundation as a part of the State Team of Jharkhand where we worked with the Inclusive Education Department focusing on creating accessibility to inclusive education for children with specific learning disabilities. Prior to joining ChangeInkk, I was working with Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership as a Gandhi Fellow, where I had the opportunity to serve in the Education vertical of the State Transformation Program, working closely with the state education bodies of Jharkhand for systematic transformation. As I continue my journey, I’m eager to further refine my leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. In my spare time, you’ll find me singing, dancing, reading, cooking, or indulging in spontaneous Ukulele sessions! Looking forward to what the future holds!
