With over 35 years of experience in design management and delivery. I have successfully led projects for a wide range of facilities, including multi-use buildings, residential complexes, data centers, chemical and process plants, food and beverage facilities, pharmaceuticals, and light manufacturing facilities. My expertise extends to infrastructure projects, where I have managed teams that delivered container terminals, liquid and solid handling port terminals, dry docks, ship repair and building workshops, and other facilities at shipyards. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to oversee complex design projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client requirements. Have good experience in Design Management, Proposal/Bid Management and Project Management services for various forms of Contracts including Design & Engineering Consultancy, EPC,EPCm and OEMs. Have led teams to deliver Design Development from Concept, Schematic/Basic and Detail Design to produce Accurate cost estimates, Procurement packages and support Construction teams. Skilled in Project Management activities encompassing Project planning, Monitoring and Control of Budget and timelines, Change management, Project reviews and Delivery. Am also an AECOM certified Project Manager. Led Business Development initiatives, Scope Development, Technical and Commercial Proposals and Presentations. Worked as Advisory Group Director responsible for P&L, Annual Budgets, Utilization, Overall Resource planning & recruitment, Appraisals and capability development. Experienced in Procurement services, develop new vendors, Review cost estimates, Tendering, Bid queries and Bid Evaluation, Techno-commercial discussions with vendors/subcontractors, finalize scope/Contracts.
