I’m Blessitt — a Midwesterner, digital strategist, and relentless advocate for equity with cerebral palsy. For over a decade, I’ve been helping the world’s leading nonprofits, foundations, and social enterprises turn values into movements and moments into measurable impact. From the halls of Congress to grassroots phone banks, my work lives at the intersection of narrative power and political strategy. I’ve led digital storytelling and strategic communications for organizations like Erase the Hate, Congresswoman Gwen Moore, AFL-CIO, and SEIU, where I was the online voice for International President Mary Kay Henry — named one of NPR’s Top 4 Most Powerful Women in America. I’ve helped drive racial justice and voter engagement campaigns for high-profile partners like NAACP, Movement for Black Lives, and reproductive freedom in MO. I’ve trained grantees and field teams, built hype toolkits, and launched influencer campaigns that don’t just trend — they transform. My expertise lies in strategic planning, rapid response, DEI-driven content, and coalition building. Whether training field staff during get-out-the-vote drives, coaching leaders through inclusive messaging, or designing high-impact digital campaigns, I lead with empathy, insight, and action.
