I now partner with TEC Canada as a small business Chair, facilitating a peer advisory board for business leaders and supporting them with one-to-one coaching, fast-paced learning, and global networking. Notable achievements include consistently exceeding budgeted revenue and profit during tenure as CEO of complex crown corp ($500 MM annual revenue), 8 years as Audit Committee Chair (over $400 MM annual profit; complex technology environment), co-founding an innovative tech start-up, and leading the establishment of Nova Scotia’s first residential hospice by building stakeholder support and raising millions of operating and capital dollars.
