Bobby introduced UX processes when redesigning the HPA Intranet in 2009/10. She also headed the content migration of 100 organisations to form the new Public Health England Intranet in 2012/2013. Returning to corporate roles from 2018, Bobby is looking for an opportunity to bring her content experience forward with in a Content Design role, where her experience in supporting organisations through change and transformation is vital at this time. A creative all-rounder with a variety of web and content management experience (writing, content strategy, information architecture, project management, design and change transformation), with a specialism in Intranets. Well rounded experience in the private and public sector (NHS, local Govt.) and a proven interest in users and UX research, Bobby is looking to re-establish herself in Content design. Skillset include Project management; previous experience using Oracle Fatwire, SharePoint 2010,Goss iCMS, and WordPress GovIntranet; basic HTML & CSS5), KEY ACHIEVEMENTS * Rico Logistics: resuming her career after a 4.5 year break, Identifying key problem areas to senior personnel, preparing the groundwork for this culturally challenging project with limited resources; being a 'Change agent' to launch a new Intranet;* Public Health England: Lead a project managing the content migration of 100 smaller organisations to a new SharePoint Intranet to include 1500 additional new staff to total 5200 (August-June 2013), alongside senior stakeholders during a vital time of transition and change management within the organisation. Created the site maps, edited and completed the IA, managed 2 contractors, allocating tasks, QA of new sections, as well as keeping up with BAU;* Health Protection Agency: Successfully steering internal communications campaign (alongside other senior stakeholders) for 'Chrysalis (move to Harlow) & Swine Flu (2010/11). Introducing UX processes to HPA via the Intranet redevelopment project.
