About Bobby Weston

I am an Engineering Degree Apprentice at Rolls-Royce and a first-year Bachelor’s student in engineering. Through my academic and workshop training, I have gained experience in mechanical, materials, and manufacturing engineering, along with practical skills in welding, milling, electrical systems, and fitting. I have also had exposure to computational tools like MATLAB and CAD software (SOLIDWORKS and Siemens NX), which I continue to learn as part of my ongoing development. My real-world experience with academic projects and hands-on workshop sessions has sharpened my technical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. I am driven to expand my knowledge and I look forward to applying these experiences further in a professional engineering setting. I look forward to connecting with experienced engineers and other industry professionals to exchange ideas and learn from their expertise.
