About Bonnie Ross

I live in Buncombe County, North Carolina, with my dog, Edison. We live in the mountains, surrounded by some of the most beautiful nature in the world (in my humble opinion). Nature has been an inspiration, teacher, and guide my whole life. When I observe nature, I am always impressed with the interdependence of everything, the constant process of renewal, and the reality that nothing is permanent. Nature’s life cycles teach resilience, intuition, strength, agility, and the power of patterns. I seek to bring these traits to the core of my life and my professional practices. My background is filled with a diversity of amazing experiences, world travel, brilliant people, meaningful moments, and at times staggering tragedies that all inform my coaching and mentorship approach. In my professional life, I built a successful corporate career in 5 years. While rebuilding from divorce and a series of dead-end jobs, I moved up the ladder from being a coordinator at a state-wide healthcare network to an HR Executive for The Walt Disney Company. I went from overwhelming debt due to medical bills created by family illness to debt-free and well-invested in 8 years. I became a certified coach in Initially, my practice centered on working with veterans and their families. A few years later, I expanded my practice to include adults seeking a purpose-centric life transition. I again evolved my practice in 2023. As I was wrapping up my 18-year career with Disney, I was inspired to work with women who are struggling with overwhelm. I am sharing everything I wish someone had shared with me when I was struggling most. I look back now and am so grateful for all the people and opportunities that showed up in my life at just the right time. I also appreciate all my strengths revealing themselves when I needed them most. Reflecting on those most challenging times, I was the bravest and most courageous in moments I didn’t feel I was either. I honestly don’t know how it all came together as well as it did. For me, this is the power of the Universe. Most importantly, I did not do this alone. My coaching style is energetic and informed by the real world. I believe in the energy of the Universe and the power of intention. I also have a 25-year corporate career and understand the realities of that environment. This is why I am offering coaching and mentorship. It is my intention to share my experience and talents to support you in discovering your strengths and developing the life you desire.
