I am currently employed at PPD (part of Thermo Fisher Scientific) as a Training Specialist within the Training and Development department. I began my career in the Process and Systems Optimization team as a Business Administration Coordinator and later advanced to the role of Optimization Specialist. In my current position, my key responsibilities include-Managing over 200 training audiences, impacting more than end users across multiple departments -Leading the technical and governance aspects of our Knowledge Management initiative, overseeing 10 Knowledge Centers containing over unique documents -Delivering live training sessions for new hires across the organization -Monitoring training compliance using advanced reporting tools -Designing and developing training materials for internal systems and tools -Administering and assigning Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents -Mentoring and training junior team members
