About Bradley Terry

I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in May 2024 with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics. Following my graduation, I focused my financial career in the property management and real estate investment space. This initially led me to State College, PA to be mentored by longtime multifamily real estate investor, Penn State University professor, and Hideaway Ventures Inc. CEO - Steven J. Bisbee. Hideaway allowed me to execute on everything from forecasting future property operating budgets to fixing a leaky faucet on a maintenance call. After progressing within day-to-day real estate property management operations, acquisitions, and development on Hideaway’s $20MM multifamily portfolio, I decided to expand my knowledge of back end operations and financials within real estate investment companies. Currently, I serve as a Financial Administrator at HomeBuyers of Pittsburgh, where I work alongside a talented team to manage the day-to-day operations behind the scenes of multiple arms of our robust real estate business division. In this role, I support the property management company by collaborating on operating financials, reporting, and assist the rest of the accounting team in ensuring smooth financial operations. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time on the golf course and engaging in routine daily fitness.
