About Ryan Scialabba

First and Foremost, I am a husband (hubby) to my beautiful wife, Emily and father (dada) to my son Weston. I'm an avid traveler, a life experiencer, and a washed up motocross racer. Based in Pittsburgh, PA I have owned and managed multiple real estate companies, and been a licensed realtor since 2012. I've trained and spoke to of real estate investors and entrepreneurs across the country in helping them build businesses they don’t need to escape from. Our home buying company Homebuyers of Pittsburgh has successfully bought and sold over 750 homes since it’s inception in 2015. The company has won many local and national awards for the growth, customer service, and culture. 2019 was the first year they made the INC. list coming in at #747 for business growth. In that same year, we were awarded Pittsburgh’s #1 Fastest Growing Company by Pittsburgh Business Times. In 2020, we moved up on the INC. list to #541 and were #4 on Financial Times’ Fastest Growing Companies In The Americas’s List. Most recently in 2022, we won Pittsburgh’s #1 Best Places to Work for small business category under 10-24 employees. Our Rental company, KeyWay Holdings, has over 200 units and counting with a goal to reach 500 units in the next 5 years. At the time of writing, this portfolio consists of 125+ Single Family Rentals, a 78-Unit Building, and a vacation short term rental in Bradenton Florida. In 2022, I partnered with a local friend to start RealtyCo. A 100% commission real estate brokerage that combines boutique brokerage vibes with big brokerage technology.
