About Brady Molina

Identifying as a first-generation to complete a bachelor's degree has largely shaped my aspirations. I take great pride in persistence, ambition and empathy. This is why I love sports management. It allows people to understand that success isn't just about performance, it's about leadership, community, and creating opportunities for others. My passion for sports management grew from hands-on experiences in soccer, where I was able to see the impact of strong organization, mentorship, and advocacy both on and off the field. Coaching youth players allowed me to develop leadership skills, communicate effectively with diverse groups, and create positive, inclusive environments where athletes could grow.In addition, interning with various soccer clubs gave me exposure to the operational and management side of the sport, deepening my interest in how sports organizations function and serve their communities. These experiences confirmed my desire to pursue a career in sports management. One that combines my love for the game with my commitment to leadership, development, and meaningful impact. Please feel free to contact me via Linkdln. I'm always looking forward to impactful and meaningful conversations over matcha, or even better, running through Central Park!
