I think our political systems are running on outdated code, designed for a time when institutions held us together, not individuals navigating alone. But individualism and market logic have quietly unraveled that fabric. Now we have more voices than ever, but we're struggling to find shared meaning in the noise. I work at the intersection of governance, design, and moral psychology (values and norms). My mission is to rebuild trust where institutions and people actually meet. Not through more data or better messaging, but by making shared values the foundation of how we make decisions together. Right now, I'm building something in stealth: civic tools that help policymakers and citizens see, measure, and act on what truly matters: the values we already share, even when we don't realize it. Long-term, I want governance that feels both deeply human and genuinely legitimate. Where policy isn't just efficient, but trusted. Where decisions reflect who we are, not just what we argue about.
