About Brandon West

Brandon West founded PHOS Creative at the age of 26 out of his home office. A strategy-first digital marketing agency headquartered in Florida, PHOS’ growth and culture have been highlighted in the Inc. Gator100, Florida Trend Magazine, and the Best Christian Workplaces Institute. PHOS’ driving passion is to fulfill its mission: to cultivate true flourishing in people and organizations while reflecting the love of Jesus to the world. PHOS Creative's vision is to launch one hundred care centers for women and children impacted by extreme poverty and sex trafficking by 2030. To date, with the support of generous donors through their SAFE Global Fund, PHOS has helped fund the start of 37 care centers in 18 countries, serving over women and children. Author of It Is Not Your Business to Succeed, Brandon has shared his insights with more than people across 120 stages, speaking on topics like purpose-driven leadership, people-first culture, business as ministry, authentic branding, and inbound marketing. Outside of work, Brandon is husband to his high school sweetheart, Shelley, and a dad to two boys who keep him humble and praying. He enjoys writing music, leading worship, escape rooms, and pastoring leaders in the marketplace.
