About Brandy Ohare

I am a Director Ambulatory Services-Dental at Arkansas Children's, where I am responsible for statewide dental services, including on-site pediatric dentistry, adult special needs dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery. I also oversee four mobile dental units and a robust dental sealant program that provide dental care to underserved communities and schools. With over 25 years of experience in the dental industry, I am passionate about improving the oral health and well-being of children and families across Arkansas.Before joining Arkansas Children's in March 2024, I was a Director of Operations at MB2 Dental for four years, where I managed the operations of 11 general and specialty dental practices. I collaborated with dental practice owners and their teams to increase production and profit through practice-specific action plans, and I monitored monthly financial reports and budgets. I have a strong background in process improvement, customer relationship management, and financial analysis, and I enjoy working with other departments to meet owner goals and support practice culture. I am a results-driven and driven leader who strives to deliver excellence and innovation in dental operations.
