About Brandy Sistili

For much of my time at Leap XD, I was the studio manager, a role I often compared to that of a conductor. Orchestrating people and projects, I ensured everyone and everything were working in harmony and progressing towards the same goal. In addition to orchestrating moving parts, I’ve just as much been a translator, facilitating communication. My team possesses varied skill sets—they speak the languages of web development, marketing, and design. I take pride in being able to translate what they do for our clients, who are experts in their own fields but may require a helping hand when it comes to the finer details of WordPress functionality or design decisions.(I get it: my formal training is in alternative dispute resolution, not web development or graphic design. I understand how technology can be intimidating and how a simple explanation can often make all the difference.) At the same time, I aim to truly listen to our clients, hearing what they’re looking for when it comes to their project, which allows our team to ensure we’re delivering on our promises. All this close work with our clients and team has prepared me for where I am today. Being the Director of Operations necessitates both digging into the details and standing at a slight remove in order to take in the bigger picture. From these differing vantage points, I can identify and then strategize solutions to organizational inefficiencies and challenges, with the goal of better serving our clients and fostering a stronger team culture. In my time at Leap, my greatest achievement has been cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, who know they can turn to us when they need help pivoting in a new direction, repositioning themselves in the marketplace, or embracing a bold marketing strategy. Knowing exactly who clients are and what they need—and then helping them achieve their goals? There’s nothing better.
