I am an extremely goal oriented professional, with a 25 year diverse background in Education, Sales, and Consulting. My goal is to deliver excellence through results that are very specifically tailored to the needs of my customers. Being highly consultative and collaborative in my approach to sales has been a key strength in my career. This has allowed me to develop strong relationships with both customers and colleagues. Passionate for education as I believe it is the fundamental right of every human on this planet and the most important driver for long-term success. As a mother to a very innovative and technology savvy individual, I want to help drive effective and sustainable change for any educational organization as they modify their approach to teaching and learning with media/video.I believe I am smart, adaptable and creative. I possess some intangibles that have helped me achieve the goals that I have both personally and professionally.(Compassion/enthusiasm for life, competitive, motivated by good, mutual respect for others) Results Matter and I have proven over my entire life and career that I am driven personally and professionally by positive results. I have high expectations of myself and the company I work for. I think to get results like this you need to be organized and self motivated, you need to work hard and be committed to the task at hand. You also need help from others… I like to learn from people that are successful and work together when possible to collaborate for bigger successI think I am strategic, a big picture person that can connect the pieces to reach the vision.
