I have recruited, hired, trained and managed as many as 22 staff, and am known for my approachability, emotional intelligence and problem solving in high-energy, high-pressure environments. And I do it all with a smile. But I also know that “people skills” alone aren’t enough to excel in corporate Human Resources – which is why I have studied HR management practices and business leadership, I understand how to manage a company’s HR capital in the larger picture, and have proven my abilities in hands-on HR situations. And I work hard! I’m a quick learner, eager to take on challenges, and not satisfied until the work is done right. I am also known for my public speaking skills, have developed and delivered a 5-day training program, and was a speaker at the 2019 Learning Commons Conference.
