Hello! I am a Nairobi-based Development Strategist, Information Specialist, & Operations Leader with a Master’s in Public Health. With over 20 years of experience spanning program management, monitoring & evaluation, and knowledge management, I thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, and impact. My career has been dedicated to translating complex data into actionable insights, improving internal processes, and ensuring organizations operate with efficiency and effectiveness. Currently serving as Internal Operations Coordinator at USAID Kenya & East Africa, I lead task management, interagency coordination, and high-level stakeholder engagement. I work directly with senior leadership to streamline internal workflows, manage strategic communications, and ensure that USAID’s priorities are well-represented to both U.S. and Kenyan government counterparts. My role also includes developing SOPs, strengthening knowledge management, and providing oversight for high-level visitor engagements. Prior to USAID, I held roles in program evaluation, policy analysis, and operations with organizations like IOM, Peace Corps, and various international development partners. My expertise spans regional migration governance, public health policy, humanitarian response, and capacity-building, with a beloved focus on Africa. I am passionate about efficient operations, cross-sector collaboration, and making information work for decision-makers. Whether it’s streamlining internal processes, crafting high-impact reports, or leading strategic planning sessions, I bring a results-driven, people-centered approach to every challenge.
