About Brenton Williams

I am a driven Engineering Professional that is striving to develop a dependable locally-based company that can provide the community with premium consulting services for mechanical building systems. I have had the privilege of being a part of the consulting industry for the last 19 years in Greater Victoria and have gotten to know the in and outs of the field thoroughly. My plan over the next few decades of my career is to help lead the industry through a period of market uncertainty and to assist developments in getting prepared for the transition to renewable energy sources by proposing sustainable building solutions that work within their budget. During my career I have worked on a diverse portfolio of project types such as: healthcare, commercial, light-industrial, multi family residential, secure sites, and institutional for HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems. I have enjoyed the challenge that this work brings with the continuous problem solving and applications that are forever changing. Away from work, I am a husband to my beautiful wife Karly and father to my busy son Oliver. I enjoy travelling, seeing the world, and meeting the people that occupy it. I am that guy who is always looking up at the ceiling and taking things apart to figure out how it works. Engineering is my passion and I love what I do.
