I'm Principal Engineer with m3 mechanical consultants inc. m3 mechanical consultants inc. is a local Victoria mechanical firm undertaking commercial, light industrial, health care and institutional engineering throughout British Columbia and in particularly Vancouver Island. m3 is responding to the need for the return of a local engineering firm in Victoria. We offer the flexibility, dedication and high quality service to projects that local business can provide I am responsible for design of Heating, Ventilation, Energy Systems, and Plumbing for a variety of different sized facilities, as well as coordinating with other architectural and engineering disciplines that are also involved in the projects. Some of these facilities include, but are not limited to- Schools - Recreation Complexes (Including Ice Arenas & Pools)- Small & Mid-rise Residential & Assisted Care Buildings - Water Treatment Facilities - Hospital & Medical Treatment Facilities - Commercial & Institutional Buildings - Tenant Space Improvements & Retrofits Additionally I have experience in Building Condition Assessments & Facility Planning, District Energy Systems, Arctic/Cold Climate Systems, Renewable Technologies (Solar Water Heating & Waste Water Heat Recovery), Bulk Fuel Storage Facilities, and Biomass Energy Plants. I have a passion for energy efficient design and enjoy working with clients both large and small to deliver their projects from concept to physical reality.
