I'm driven by helping teams and individuals thrive. I’ve built my career on leading, coaching, and empowering people to achieve their goals, whether that’s a team member advancing their career or a client making meaningful progress in their rehabilitation journey. Some of my proudest moments include- Leading a team of 15 consultants to hit personal and professional goals while exceeding KPIs and financial targets- Supporting my team’s growth by certifying several members as Mediators and Mental Health First Aiders- Overhauling Caulfield Hospital's Occupational Therapy clinical educator program to boost learning and performance- Creating tailored rehabilitation plans to help injured individuals get back to what matters most to them. I love working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people.
