About Brett Meadows

With over eight years of experience in sales training and management, I am passionate about empowering sales teams to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional results. I have a diploma in business administration and management, and a certificate in adult and continuing education and teaching, which enable me to design and deliver effective and engaging training programs for diverse audiences. I am currently the National Sales Training Manager at Gordon Food Service (GFS) Canada, a leading foodservice distributor in North America, where I lead a team of high-performing individuals and oversee various training activities for the Canadian sales team.As the National Sales Training Manager, I am responsible for creating the DSM Playbook, coaching the DSM course, directing the training council calls, and conducting market research to identify and implement methods for increasing street sales performance. I also liaise with divisional DOS and presidents, and report to the Director of Sales for GFS Canada. I leverage my skills in account penetration, distributor management, and challenger sales to help sales associates and reps develop and execute effective sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and increase sales productivity and profitability. I have also interviewed and hired potential candidates, and coached and guided account coordinators and regional multi-unit business developers in my previous roles at GFS Canada.
