Currently, leading Quantium's Insurance practice. This includes data science and analytics, helping clients unlock value from their data. It also includes traditional actuarial work (including Appointed Actuary roles, reserving, capital modelling and management, accident compensation consulting and pricing). Recently I was the Chief Actuary and Appointed Actuary for Allianz Australia, leading 40 staff across reserving, reinsurance and capital management with significant Board interaction, including managing and leading new Director training. Navigated team through major changes and increasing external demands, including maintaining target solvency, leading risk management enhancements and managing post M&A portfolio growth.
