I possess a strong track record of initiating growth-related operational strategies and managing strategic business partnerships across various firms, including numerous start-ups. For 4 years, I served as a Chief of Staff with The 24-Hour Warrior and Until There Is No More Inc; I spearheaded the administration of all policies and procedures outlined by the executive board. I also supported the CEO's effectiveness through; overseeing scheduling to ensure all activities is aligned with his priority. Throughout my career, I have always been commended for achieving consistent excellence in all of my roles. Academically, I have been a high-achiever and completed a Master of Arts; Psychology (Mediation and Conflict Resolution) from the University of the Rockies. I am an articulate communicator who is capable of acting as a liaison between C-Level Executives and stakeholders while leveraging impeccable organizational and conflict resolution skills in solving complex (HR, financial, operational) issues and motivating staff to peak performance. In my free time, I am passionate about writing short stories.
