Required full European CFO agreement and sign off of deal • Financial Lead for establishing a Vodafone Global Handset strategy and volume agreement and then tracking which saved Vodafone €47m • Increased sales by 18% and 6% YOY by increasing commercial focus, improving sales process, maximising operational efficiency (specification, technical delivery and quality assurance) and increased upselling to current base (Gandlake) • Negotiated 5yr renewal of largest Customer (Department of Work and Pensions)
