I founded the Product Marketing function as a team of one at a growing B2B SaaS company, and spent nearly a decade developing and driving the messaging, competitive positioning, launch processes, and buyer insights that Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product run on.My career started as a frontline rep, where I learned what language and content actually influence a buyer's decision and what language and content reps will actually use to close a deal. My content is strategized to be a precision strike on a specific pipeline blocker. I measure whether it changes the behavior of the buyer or the rep, and if it doesn't, I fix it. I've stood up competitive intelligence programs from scratch, and eventually created custom AI tooling to scale continuous research without losing the human judgment that makes a battlecard tactically useful.What I'm most proud of is the consistent refinement of a GTM launch and feedback loop that's enabled frontline reps to use releases to move deals through the pipeline, Product to ship with revenue impact, and Marketing to drive the narrative with a direct connection to the buyer.
