An accomplished Change Leader and Performance Architect, I have a unique and extensive background restructuring distressed operations, providing strategic vision and direction on rerouting troubled assets. As a pro-active director, I have a passion for mentoring and developing future leaders, optimizing individual talents and capitalizing on each member’s strengths. In my current role, I am seeking freelancing opportunities to deliver my expertise in order to assist in the turnaround of under-performing businesses, restructuring of under-performing assets, improving operational efficiencies, and investigation of suspicious or not-as-agreed financial activity. With two decades of success working with financial institutions, I have provided extensive leadership on recovery services, performance improvement, regulatory remediation, receivership assistance and fraud investigations and am among a small handful of US experts with this level of proven experience in managing economic cycle turnaround expertise. I have successfully led numerous organizations and engagement teams through high-profile, challenging in and out-of-court turnaround and restructuring projects. As a former National Firm consultant, I, along with my team, have the ability to deliver similar leadership and high quality results as a freelance resource to small and mid-market organizations at a fraction of the cost of a Big Four or National Firm consulting team. My career history includes turnaround work for major Fortune 50 organizations as well as smaller financial and credit institutions. Detailed, professional and able to achieve significant improvements in swift order, I hold a BBA and a double major in Banking/Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition I hold several certifications in leading restructuring, and business valuations and have received several corporate leadership and performance awards.
